Mr Oluseyi Osho obtained a BSc (Hons), First Class in Computer Sciences and a Master of Science degree in Maritime affairs (with Distinction) from the World Maritime University, Malmo, Sweden. He is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and has won numerous academic business and professional awards

Mr Osho started his career in Auditing and Management Consulting with the world-renowned Arthur Andersen & Co, where he was involved in the practice of Audit of and Consulting for leading organisations in the Oil and Gas, Banking, Insurance and other Sectors. In the last three decades he has been involved at Management and Board levels in several distinguished organization in diverse Industries including, Banking, Insurance, Manufacturing, Publishing Real Estate, etc.

He has been an Entrepreneur and Investor in several strategic economic sectors since 1994 and has in the last five years become a global player with interest in Middle East, West Africa and Europe. He sits on the Board of numerous companies locally and overseas and brings his wealth of experience and international exposure to ProHealth HMO Limited.
