Mr. Oluseyi Osho (Director)
Mr Oluseyi Osho obtained a BSc (Hons), First Class in Computer Sciences and a Master of Science degree in Maritime affairs (with Distinction) from the World Maritime University, Malmo, Sweden. He is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and has won numerous academic business and professional awards
Mr Osho started his career in Auditing and Management Consulting with the world-renowned Arthur Andersen & Co, where he was involved in the practice of Audit of and Consulting for leading organisations in the Oil and Gas, Banking, Insurance and other Sectors. In the last three decades he has been involved at Management and Board levels in several distinguished organization in diverse Industries including, Banking, Insurance, Manufacturing, Publishing Real Estate, etc.
He has been an Entrepreneur and Investor in several strategic economic sectors since 1994 and has in the last five years become a global player with interest in Middle East, West Africa and Europe. He sits on the Board of numerous companies locally and overseas and brings his wealth of experience and international exposure to ProHealth HMO Limited.
Mrs. Ijeoma Oji-Okoronkwo (Director)
Mrs Ijeoma Oji-Okoronkwo is a General Manager in the Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF). A multi skilled leader and seasoned Administrator with passion for excellence and good governance with a solid record of outstanding achievements. Mrs Oji-Okoronkwo obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sociology/Anthropology from University of Nigeria, Nsukka, Masters of Social Works (UNN), and a P.GD Advertisement & Public Relations from International Institute of Journalism. She is also a Doctorate degree candidate from the same institution.
She started her career in 2004 with the National Agency for Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons (NAPTIP), national headquarters as Principal Social Development Officer. She rose through the ranks to become Zonal Director, Enugu Zonal Command before joining NSITF in 2014 as Deputy General Manager, SERVICOM & Special duties where as the pioneer Nodal officer, she coordinated the Fund’s service delivery initiative and developed customer relations policy.
Mrs Oji-Okoronkwo has attended many local and international trainings programs/conferences. She is a member of the following professional bodies; Fellow, Chartered Institute of Administration, Member, Nigeria Institute of Public Relations (MNIPR), Member, Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and Member, Nigerian Association of Social Workers (NASoW). She is married with children.
Dr Ozoemena Josephine Anenechukwu (Director)
A medical practitioner with over 30 year’s clinical experience, Dr Ozoemena obtained MBBS from the University of Maiduguri and a Master’s Degree in Medical Diagnostic Ultrasound from the prestigious L. U. de. S University, Switzerland. She is an active member of the following professional bodies; Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria, Nigeria Medical Association (NMA), American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine (AIUM), Association of General and Private Medical Practitioners of Nigeria (AGPMP) and the Guild of Medical Directors.
A practicing Christian, Dr Ozoemena has worked both in the private and public sector and is presently the Medical Director of First Hospital and Maternity Limited, Abuja.
Mr. Innocent Eremionkhale (Director)
Mr Innocent Eremionkhale isan accomplished professional with diverse experience in legal practice and administration. Exceptionally organized with the ability to motivate and foster other individuals in a supportive team environment
Mr Eremionkhale was the Team Lead at Integrity Law Firm which he joined after a short stint at Juris Law Office after national service at the Federal Ministry of Transport, Abuja. He is a member of the following professional bodies; Member, Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administration, Member, Institute of Chartered Arbitrators, Member, Nigeria Bar Association and Member, National Association of Catholic Lawyers. Mr Eremionkhale has core competencies in critical thinking, tact & diplomacy. He has attended many local & international training programs and conferences.
Mr Innocent Eremionkhale is presently General Manager and Head, Legal Services department, Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF).
